• Account and billing: Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers

Information Collected Automatically:

• Website usage: upriff.io is a static website. We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies by default. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated
• Social media performance data: If you subscribe to the Service, we collect engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, impressions) from your connected social media accounts to track content performance and improve strategy

• Cloudflare — Website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may collect minimal technical data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of serving the Website
• Social media platforms — When you connect your accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X/Twitter), we access them through their official APIs to publish content and retrieve performance data

5. Cookies

upriff.io is a static website and does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (such as embedded forms) may set their own cookies. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.

Active clients: We retain your business information, brand voice profile, content history, and performance data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation to facilitate potential re-activation.

Consultation leads: If you submit a consultation form but do not become a client, we retain your contact information for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Billing records: Payment and billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all website and service interactions
• Access controls limiting who within our organization can view client data
• Secure third-party processors (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting)
